Orders
How do I place an order? Simply browse our products, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been processed.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement, as long as they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, email us at help@lyrabeautystore.com with your order number. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders once they have been placed. If you need a different item, you may cancel the original order and place a new one.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do? Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at help@lyrabeautystore.com with your name and the email address used at checkout, and we'll resend it.
Shipping
How long does shipping take? All orders are processed within 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery destination. Any active free shipping promotions will be applied automatically.
Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
How do I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you haven't received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
My package shows as delivered but I didn't receive it. What should I do? First, check around your delivery area, with neighbors, or at your building's front desk. If you still can't locate it, contact us at help@lyrabeautystore.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return? Email us at help@lyrabeautystore.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Who pays for return shipping? If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does it take to receive my refund? Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Can I exchange an item? We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Are there items that cannot be returned? Yes. Gift cards, digital products, items marked as "Final Sale," intimate or sanitary goods, and personalized or customized items are non-returnable.

Are your products cruelty-free? For specific product details, ingredients, and certifications, please refer to the individual product page or contact us at help@lyrabeautystore.com.
How do I know which product is right for me? Each product page includes a detailed description, key ingredients, and usage tips. If you need personalized recommendations, feel free to reach out to our team and we'll be happy to help.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@lyrabeautystore.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.
Do you charge sales tax? Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to place an order? No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your information for faster checkout, and view your order history.
How do I delete my account? Email us at help@lyrabeautystore.com and our team will process your request. Please note that we may retain certain data as required by law.
